The company is headquartered in Santa Clarita, CA, but they offer services nationwide. While a national search is possible, their FAQ says they prefer to focus on looking for matches within a 2-hour radius of where you live and/or work.

Keeping a ‘human element’ and staying involved in the search are important factors in their matchmaking process, according to Pfaff. In an interview with Dating News, he said,
To do what we do, you have to have a strong foundation. We micromanage and overthink everything, but without our team behind us, we’d fail.
Potential clients start the process by filling out an online inquiry form. Next, you’ll complete a “My Love Profile Form” to provide some more information and context before the initial consultation. Once you’ve done that, their team will reach out to schedule a call to see if you’re a good fit for their services.
If you decide to sign the contract and become a client, the matchmaking process begins. Packages can be tailored to fit each client’s requirements, so your matches might come from their database, be the result of in-person recruiting, online recruiting, their network of professionals, social media, or targeted advertising.

Finding a match isn’t just about height, age, and location. We’re dealing with a million and one different factors.

How Much Does Love And Matchmaking Cost?
Joining the “Lovebase” doesn’t cost anything, however as a free member you may never be matched with a paying client or even contacted by a matchmaker.

Patti Stanger, for whom Pfaff and Federoff used to work, charges a minimum of $45,000 for the entry-level Millionaire’s Club package. It costs $285,000 (plus expenses) to have Stanger herself as your personal matchmaker.
