As solo practitioners, we find ourselves responsible for not just our clients, but also for marketing, billing, admin work, and insurance submissions. It’s a juggling act that can quickly become overwhelming, making it difficult to establish and maintain healthy boundaries, particularly when financial concerns loom large.     3. Communicate Clearly: From the onset, be upfront with your clients about your boundaries. What can they expect from you? What are the limits of your availability? Clear communication is key to establishing a healthy therapeutic relationship.
