he dating app Vinylly is making waves in the DMV and beyond, with its expansion to the United Kingdom in 2024.
“As it turns out, about 70% of singles say that, you know, music that doesn’t match with their, you know, themselves and their partner, it’s a dealbreaker,” said Rachel Van Nortwick, CEO of Vinylly. “We launched just before the pandemic here in the US and [on] both app stores, and now the app is live also in Canada and the UK.”
The app has a unique approach when it comes to finding love in the DMV region. “There are so many amazing venues, and so within the chat you can actually search suggested by concert tickets. So we try to we try to do it all in one for you,” said Van Nortwick.
