It’s so important to me to view other people as worthy of dignity, love, respect, and actually quite a bit more. What’s fascinating is that Adler’s teachings in Kishimi’s book are identical to a world religion that I practice. I’m not going to mention that religion quite yet, but I have an advanced degree in it. lol.
Plus I am guilty of doing those things, viewing men’s qualifications (looks, education, income) to validate myself, yet I feel I also have most of those things to offer. Idk.
