    Why People Hate

    Why People Hate

    Why People Hate.

Some people hate other people who have done nothing to them. Sometimes it is jealousy, bigotry, or a combination of both. They hate first and then heavily scrutinize people to find reasons to justify their hate.

These people are vulnerable to believing lies, conspiracy theories, and propaganda. They can easily be distracted and manipulated because their hate blinds them and makes it hard for them to reason.

    Why People Love.

While some of us do the opposite. It is in our nature to love everyone, even those we don’t necessarily like. And we like almost everyone. We excuse and overlook a lot before we get to that place where we can verbalize that we don’t like you because it is hard to believe that humans are capable of being anything less than amazing.

Why are we like this? Why do we believe other people are amazing? Because we are amazing! The eye sees by its own reflection. The way you see others is often a reflection of who you are and how you see yourself.

For these kind spirits to dislike someone, the person has to have a pattern of doing hurtful and harmful things before we believe it. Still, even then we are constantly looking for a reason to like the person…looking for an ounce of good…looking for the light or at least trying to find an explanation for why they are the way they are because we believe there must be a reason, an explanation.

And we are optimistic enough to believe that these people can change, evolve, and get better. Why do we look so hard for the good? Because even when we don’t like you, we still love you and want your greatest good.

    Scarcity Vs. Abundance Mentality

What’s the difference between the two groups? Is one group wise and the other stupid? It’s probably a bit more complicated than these simplistic labels. I think some people have been conditioned to believe that resources are limited and in order for them to have what they need, they must take it from someone else or overpower someone else.

In their minds, there has to be a way of rating people and deciding who is more worthy of power and control of the limited resources. While others believe in plenty and abundance and don’t feel the need to overpower anyone else to have what is needed. In fact, others have found that it is better to pool resources, share, and work together for mutual survival.

The difference in mindsets boils down to what one believes is necessary to survive and thrive. Clearly, the later group is more spiritually, intellectually, and morally evolved. Clearly, those who are conditioned to love and work together are on the more righteous path.

    You are Enough.

Hating people for no reason is a waste of energy. It is a sign of low self-esteem. These feelings of hate are often fueled by fear and ignorance. Some people have very low self-esteem and need to feel superior in order to feel good enough. In order to be superior, somebody else has to be inferior. This need for others to be inferior has been the source of so much hate and suffering in our society. It needs to end.

The Gifts of Common Humanity and Diversity

Wise people know that human beings are more alike than different and that there is no greater than or less than or innate human hierarchy. Human hierarchies and disparities are usually man-made.

Sure, some people are better at some things than others, but that doesn’t make anybody inferior or superior, just different or diverse in too many ways to list. Our differences make us even more powerful, especially when we pool our resources and talents and work together.

We often label and rate people based on physical characteristics we can see on the outside. That’s lazy and foolish. It is the traits we can’t see but have to observe over time that make people who they are.

Wise people are secure and confident in who they are and don’t need to be greater than someone else to feel good enough.

    Final Thoughts

    Remember:

    1.You are enough.

    2. There is enough of everything we need for everyone to have the portion they need to survive and thrive.

    3. We need each other to survive and thrive in this world, and the more we help each other, the more we, ourselves, are helped.

Until we understand this, we will continue to suffer and remain stuck as a society.

The time has come to evolve past this primitive thinking.

You are enough. There is enough. There is more than enough when we work together and not against each other.
